Originally established from the Gloucestershire Association of Primary Head Teachers (GAPH) it began with a small working party wanting to bring children, staff and governors together. The partnership head teacher group meet six times a year with an aim to promote links between schools, to share good practice, develop staff skills and source high quality training opportunities. TDP recognise the need to save resources, and be innovative in our practice.
We are committed to effective challenge and support in order to facilitate the highest quality provision to raise aspirations, attainment and life chances of all pupils in our partnership. We are committed to openness and collaborative working.
