Jamie Pembroke - Data Analyst

Jamie Pembroke has 12 years’ experience working as a data analyst and advisor in education. He spent 6 years in the Post-16 sector with the Learning & Skills Council followed by 5 years in the school improvement team at Gloucestershire County Council. Jamie turned freelance in 2014 and now works with schools across the country, helping them make sense of their data. 

Jamie has a vast amount of experience of training teachers and governors in all aspects of school data. He speaks fluent RAISEonline, is an accredited FFT consultant and is familiar with many of the systems used in schools. He is a regular conference speaker, runs workshops for schools on data systems, provides remote support, and advises software companies developing tools for the education market. 

The field of assessment and accountability in schools is rapidly changing. Jamie keeps up to date with developments and is a regular contributor to the debate via his School Data Updates twitter feed (@jpembroke). He also writes a popular blog on a wide range of important, data-related topics ( 

Jamie has a BSc and PhD in Geology but now prefers people to rocks.

Ben Bishop - Behaviour Support Solutions

Behaviour Support Solutions Gloucestershire provides training sessions on issues of behavioural, social and emotional needs, characterised by a desire to work with schools to develop the best possible understanding of the needs of pupils and staff.

Sue Colin - Supporting Education and Families

Sue assists TDP schools supporting hard to reach, vulnerable pupils and families. Improving quality of school experience and outcomes .Reducing issues of attendance, attainment, exclusion and transition .Empowering schools to have strategies to confront and deal with these issues effectively. 



Steve Lomax

Steve Lomax has been working with mathematics subject leaders, teachers and students for over twenty years after gaining a First Class Degree in Mathematics. He currently works to improve outcomes for mathematics in over sixty primary and secondary academies across the country and provides bespoke CPD through MaxTheMaths Consultancy. Steve has a proven track record of leading change in mathematics education, supporting schools to provide an exciting and relevant mathematics provision and improving the subject expertise of teachers. 



Belinda Heaven

Belinda delivers presentations on stress management, mental health & emotional well-being, this has been excellent for staff meetings.
